Been a while since I boiled crawfish, so I am looking for a guide to know how much vegetables to buy (potatoes, corn, onions, etc..). Boiling 150lbs - is there an easy formula like #lbs per person like there is for crawdads?

i normally just figure 2 pot and 2 corn per person.

Don't forget the sausage, turkey necks, brussels sprouts, celery, elephant garlic, bok choy, and boudin. You gotta boil the boudin in a mesh bag though. No matter how hard you try to stop it, one is going to burst on you.

No man, I'm on call this weekend and we're busy as all hell. I'll be there on the 21st though.

It's in your produce aisle. Try it in a boil. You'll like it. I throw it in after the fire is off and just soak it for about 15 mins. No need to cook it down. Just let it get some juices in it.

you can throw some brocolli spears in there too...don't boil too long because they'll boil to pieces, but they soak up some flavor...:D
