Fool, after the BIOS screen loads, continually hit the F8 key about once every second until the Safe Mode startup screen appears. From the menu, select Safe Mode (with no networking), let it log all the way in, then shutdown and restart normally. If it doesn't automatically fix itself, boot into Safe Mode again and follow the steps to delete the program that were listed in the link above. Safe Mode should keep all network drivers from loading, so you should be able to boot up fine.
