the only con of a pelican case is the price.... those things are solid

u got one ??? I need something i can throw into a boat and if it falls out, it still floats and dont get too wet..... i been eyeing these things for a while. just dont wanna pay alotta moolah for one of them

nah but a few of my friends that hunt all over the country have em and swear by em for traveling with their guns dont really know about the water part cause its mostly in airplanes and cars that they use em.

go on the pelican website im sure there is a number or an email address that they can answer your questions from. If not find a dealer and call them

They are da $hit, figure out how much the item cost you are trying to protect and do the math from there. Can't understand why people scrimp on protection for high dallor items.

I have the tan color double rifle case, only cons are the weight and price. two rifles in this thing weighs a ton!

but if you're flying or traveling a lot with guns it's the best

i gots one fo' my gps and water sensitve items (not tampons) for my boat love it!

small one from academy...

The fire serivce uses them a lot. They float and should be water tight. We keep a desicant (sp) in ours when we store elctronics in them.
