Tell us what your problems are speck. Me , you and eman all have the same type smoker. Maybe we can help you out.
My SIL worked for church's and once them pans got so many scratchs on them they toss em out. Best bbq pans i've got.
I did a big chilli this past weekend . Used 9 lbs ground beef and one lb of diced up smoked brisket . You could taste the smoke Not real powerful ,Just a taste.

my issues are with the controller on the top. The temp is about 40-50 degrees off.THey have sent me 3 new controllers (2 of which were the wrong ones) and are sending me a fourth along with a new element. If this doesnt work, they are gonna prollys send me a new smoker. Very nice customer service, but just aggravating its taking this long to fix. Cant get the temp any higher than 215-220
Id get them to approve taking it back to wherever you bought it or make them send me a new unit.
Makes me wanna head to Market Basket and get some ribs to smoke.
I can't fish, too sick. Smoking some meat is not too much to do when
sitting in the house all day.
