New to the area, wondering if Striper and Cat fishing is any good at toledo area during cold weather.
What to use, maybe some general locations / areas to look for, (Dont have a boat, restricted to shore)
Not trying to get anyones hot / secret spots, just some general info.

I'm not sure about bank fishing.
But I will be up there a lot this spring keep in touch and you can come out bass fishing with us

Vet, if ur in the army, check out mwr on toledo bend.... U can rent boats pretty cheap.... I work on ft. Polk. Send me a PM

Bass boats are $35/day to rent and the cabins are dirt cheap too. Nice area for military.

Use to be able to walk over the damn by the generators and fish for stripers from the bank. We used to smoke em on bucktail jigs in white. I think they closed it off though since 911:pissed:
