Got my new fish cleaning table built for my house. Stainless cutting board, hose holder, bottom shelf. And added a removeable cut-out with a bucket underneath to drop fish guts down, but can replace when I need the counter space. Not expert craftsmanship, but I think it turned out pretty good.

Nice job. If you don't seal it you'll never get rid of the smell. It'll soak into the wood.

Very nice.. Might I suggest putting a Sheet going across the front of the table, with nails, to hang your catch for pictures. Maybe a SC logo on it could earn ya some points in the reports

Looks good bro

It is very nice. I would stain/seal it with mineral oil.

I am working on one myself. I used a non transparent stain on mine and made a concrete countertop. It's solid!

And the sink section I added last week. I still have to make a matching cabinet door and sand/seal the bartop and sink section.

Yes sir, but wait about 30 days with the table sitting in the sun. Wood preservative will not soak into fresh treated lumber.....but the fishy smell eventually will if you don't treat it. There's some stuff called CWF (clear wood finish) that'd be ideal. DON'T USE POLYURETHANE...........it will peel.

Let me know when you get some more composite deck boards as scrap. That sounds like a perfect product to use.

It needs a knife holder and a paper towel holder. Then perfect.
If you find an old stainless steel refrigerator, cut out the sides and use it to cover the table.

And we need to see a picture of you planking on top of it.

awesome setup man! BUT, won't that stainless wear out a filet knife? Should't a poly cutting board be used? Just wondering?
