Assault weapon ban / registration

HB 387 To ban or require gun registration is scheduled to be heard in the Cirminal Justice committee meeting tomorrow starting at 9 AM. [Tue] I know this is late.....but I just saw this.

HB 27....Authorizes concealed weapons on campuses. This is also scheduled for tomorrow [Tue].

Heard on the radio this morning that if this bill HB 27 comes across Bobby Jindals desk he will sign it. He says he stands behind the 2nd admendment. :flagUS:

HHHHHHHHHHHHHmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, it looks like Baosso or Gramma Blanco who likes to hunt would of still been better than what we got.

The House Committee heard the bill today....I watched the discussion on the computer.

The bill was first amended to only include AK type weapons.

Then after much discussion the vote was 10 to 2 to defer the bill.

So if the bill is not brought up again.....it is killed in Committee.
