Just for the heck of it, I wanted to paint a lure and put it on ebay to see what happened. I worked tirelessly on a Megabass 110 in a spring bass pattern. The 5-day auction ended this morning at 4:00 am. with 41 bids at $57.17. There's a sucker born every day. :smokin:

The reason I didn't post a pic here is because I ain't plannin' on doin' any more of 'em.

I've only sold one reel on e-bay, but, I'm aware of the "sniper" bidding. I wanted to watch the last minute or so, but, 4:00 in the mornin'? :shaking: My buddy painted a 1.5 square bill (a $3 blank) in a punkinseed color and it went for $59 and change.

$6-8 depending on the pattern and blank. The jerks might be a lil higher depending on what I pay for the blanks. The MegaBass blanks are $5 just for the blank. If I was lookin' to get rich....

I'd post on e-bay. :work: :smokin:

Fees are a killer...+ you gotta ship. It cost me as much to ship that one bait as it did a dozen.

My buddy that sold the $59 crank put a couple more just like it on there and they sold for considerably less. It all depends who's watchin' at the time.

charge buyer shipping.....

I have some older scratched up top water and rattle traps that could use a face lift, would you want to full with them?

I can buy 1/4 oz. original floating Rat-L-Trap blanks. Reckon anybody would be interested? I gotta buy 50, so, I don't wanna get stuck with 'em.

Heck Salty, that is a pretty good hussle. Keep that air brush machine humming at those purchase prices.
