Hey Guys: Here are the results of Week 20 of the Wednesday Afternoon Fishing Dogfights.

The start of Week twenty's tournament was right on schedule on this not so hot cloudy day. The fishermen voted to end the tournament at 8:15 pm. Below are the results of week 20:

1st Place Team was the duo of Thomas Alleman & Danny Bernard with a outstanding 5 fish limit that weighed in at 7.04 pounds. Their stringer was anchored by Thomas's 2nd Big Bass of the tournament a nice 2.23 pounder. They caught their bass of the tournament on chug bugs in the West Fork. They reported catching around 10 bass in the 3 hour 30 minute tournament. Their total earnings of the night was $325.

2nd Place Team was awardedto Ryan Boyd & Len Pauley for their 5 fish limit that weighed 6.11 pounds. They had a respectable stringer anchored with their biggest fish a 1.62 pounder. For their effort they were awarded $105. They qualified for the Championship next week where in that Championship Tournament the highest placing team trailering their boat to and from the landing with a Toyota Truck or SUV they will win a one day guided fishing trip with Joe Joslin on Toledo Bend from Joe Joslin Outdoors and Lake Charles Toyota.

3rd Place Team was John Louviere & Kevin Louviere with a 5 fish stringer that weighed 5.98 pounds. Their stringer was anchored with a 1.69 pounder. They captured most of their fish on plastic lures in the West Fork.

1st Place Big Bass was captured on a buzz bait by Bryan Fontenot and netted by his fishing buddy Larry Corbello which earned them $105 from the Wendi's Flower Cart Bonus Cash. Bryan won Wendi's Flower Cart Dozen Roses for catching the Big Bass. The fish weighed in at 4.34 pounds.

4th Place Team of Rickey A. Cunningham & Rickey L. Cunningham finished with a weight of 5.89 pounds. They were the highest placing team with a Toyota Truck and was awarded $100 Toyota Bonus Cash from Lake Charles Toyota.

The contestants were treated to door prizes from Lake Charles Tackle and Seven-O-Electric. This upcoming week remember if you purchase anything from Parkside Marina ask them for a receipt then write your name on the back of the receipt and drop it in the container marked Parkside Drawing. From those receipts we will draw for a 6 pack of your choice at the end of the tournament. Thomas Alleman was the lucky 6 pack recipient this week.

Please remember the Championship is next Wednesday and it starts at 4:00 pm. The teams below are qualified to fish next Wednesday. If your team did not make this years Championship it would be great that you show up for the weigh in and cheer them on in the weigh in.
