Damn son,look at that

That's what she said :rotfl:. 80 mph in a Ranger? Only while it's on the trailer behind my truck on the interstate as I race to be first at the wiers on a Saturday morning. The boat will run 73-74 LIGHT, 70-71 loaded with 3 guys, 48 gallons of fuel, ice, livewells, and WAY too much tackle. The jackplate is a 10 inch Bob's Hydraulic. Between the boats built-in set back and the jack plate, the motor sits more then 2 feet behind the drain plug while running. Ranger Z20 and Z21 need the extra help to get enough bow lift to run. Thanks for the compliments. FWIW, do whatever it takes to get yourself a Humminbird SI unit. It will change the way you fish, in a good way.

Here's my 1984 Lowe 18 foot X-Wide flat boat (If you say flat boat here in Texas, you get a quizzical look. They call them "flatbottoms" here.)

Got a '97 Merc 60 horse Bigfoot on her and she goes as fast as I want her to. She's a great lumber and debris hauler. Flagship of my Confederate fleet, she's named after my dad's boat that Katrina killed in Empire. Dad's boat was the "Ugly Mudda", a 24 foot 3X wide flat boat with twin Merc 75s and a half cabin. She was THE perfect boat for the La. marshes.

Bought in Rockport earlier this year with only 50 hours on it. Apparently it's the boat photographed for the Ranger website and brochures.
It's rigged out and rides sweet.

I did it myself. Its one of the many things I do in my profession. Lot of work though.

nautic star! Never had a good picture of her and this one is blurry, but it'll have to do. Its an awesome boat by the way, I think everyone should own one, but a 21 or 22ft lol
