What is the best fluoro?
Abrassion resistant, invisible (kinda) to fish, easy to tie, etc..
I have all ways used Seaguar blue.. anything better?

Thanks!

Lots of good stuff out there. We used Seaguar for years, but recently switched to Ande. I like the Ande a bit better for strength and abrasion resistance.

It doesn't break on you easy? I threw away most of a spool of that stuff cause it would break when I would cast sometimes.

W, is Berkley Vision Flouro or just monofilament.

For you guys that are using Flouro, why are you using it as a leader? Do you use it for trout? Why not just use monofiliment for trout/reds? I'm just interested, not trying to be a smartazz.

I use fluoro for its abrasion resistance. It holds up to bouncing across oysters better than mono does.

Used seagar for a while but been using the ande floro....cheaper and comes in a 50 yard spool instead of 25 you get with seagar.

You using that for a leader or your main line? If a leader, what kind of not you using to your main line? Even with top water?

I use Fluro for leader......(it holds better and less abrasion than Mono)

I use 20lb Fins Windtamer braid for topwater and hard baits

I use 10lb Berkley big game mono for jigging plastics

I use Berkley Vision 20lb

Same here. Some strong shiz!! Even holds up to Spanish Mack's a little, but those suckers chomp through just about anything.

You don't find that the fluoro leader sinks when fishing top water?

Ask my ice chest if it's ever seen a shortage of fish
