Seafood gumbo

I just made the best Seafood Gumbo, no one was cooking one so I decided I would for our Thanksgiving get together.....you can't have thanksgiving without gumbo..... So here's my question, what's the one thing besides Turkey that everyone must have for Holiday get together?

Cornbread dressing...I do miss that cajun stuffing they used to make on the rig though.
