Here are some other pictures other than our record perch from memorial weekend trip. More drinkin than fishin took place but we did manage to wet a hook here and there.

He used to stay up there in toledo town.. fished toledo alot. Seen you or whoever standing in the house with a catfish, the camp looked like the camp i stayed at when i went fishing up there.. thought you might have known him... thought i might ask..

My camp is on Texas side near Hemphill. We have had it in family since they flooded the lake. Love it up there.

are those what bull bream are? ive never caught one

Yea FOOL thats bull bream....mostly red ear(chinquapin) and red breasted sunfish...We call them all Bull Bream. most where at least 6 inches long. the longest one was 9 1/2 inches long and weighed .67 pounds and is now the new Toledo Bend record. My brother in law Blane Vincent caught it. Not a single blue gill in the bunch...they are a little deepr this time of year. we caught all these on the bank in less than 4 feet.
