Added trim tabs to my Blazer Bay last year and I can not beleive I ran that boat w/o them. Hands down, Lemco hydraulic trim tabs. Call Trail's Yamaha for a quote in Henderson, 337-228-7567.

Ask for Dwayne or Tye and tell them Foti sent you. I installed mine myself and it took about one hour start to finish. Incredible ride now!

I vote for electric. It takes a really big boat, like a twin engine CC, to need hydraulic. Less to maintain, cheaper and way easier to install. Now with that being said, hydraulic 100% if you leave your boat in the water full time, ie if you're also going to bottom paint it. Call skeeter and see which ones they put on that exact boat. Lenco makes a fine trim tab. Download and give this a shot so that you can understand how they work and what they will do for your boat.

I have the lenco electrics on my blue wave. i can't say which one would be a better fit for your boat though. i can say that the difference in before and after is incredible, you will be happy you spent the money

i had electric tabs on the pathfinder and the little ranger has electric, we had hydraulic on bigger boats in the past....

seems like they work just about the same....

i vote for electric. less maintenance. with hydraulic you need the pump oil hoses. then you have leaks if one of your seals goes out on a cylinder you get water in the oil have to change out the oil and take the cylinder and reseal it. electric if one goes out just cut the wire and put a new one on. plus hydraulic you need to mount the pump somewhere and when it comes to boats you know how valuable space is.

I agree with electric. I have lenco electric on my 21 frontier. Love em.
