Then why have it if it's clicked off as you are bringing it to target? How many Glocks have gone off while holstered due to not having a safety? |

I and probably 90% of the population aren't as skilled as you are. If I'm wrestling with a drunken idiot, dodging his muzzle, all while trying to draw my own weapon, I don't want to be fumbling with a safety.

Ive watched this a few times. Stupidity. Good on both officers to bring him outside so something like this didn't happen inside
|
Everyone who owns or carries should repeat this ten times lest they ever be tempted:
Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. Drawing on police is suicide. |
Personally I feel safer handling(drawing and holstering) my glock than my 1911 cocked and locked. Just something about looking at the hammer in the cocked position.

Haha, true... |
That video is funny. I always laugh at people who will only carry a .45 because "it's got more stopping power" but they can't hit the broad side of a barn with it. They sound so ignant.
