Yea you can, very easily. Just leave the top off and it's alot quicker to pull the gun out because it isn't strapped down or anything like that. |

We all use the hard cases that mount in the plastic braces and attach to the side of the bike. Never have 2 worry about the gun getting messed up and you still have full access to both front and rear racks. When we are traveling from the stand back to the camp, we just leave the top of the case off and we can easily access the rifle if we need to.
