don't take a check, and this is a civil matter, you would have to take him to court in Texas. thats why I wouldn't pay a deposit over $200 on anything, 1800 thats a big loss.

It was for 6 hunters, $300 each. It was to a guy who I frequently do business with. Considered him a friend until now. Been dealing with him for 5 years now and never any problems. Go figure...

Talked with the DAs office Thursday and said I have to file a civil suit in small claims court in his county. I also spoke with one of the Game Wardens and they are going to pay him a personal visit to investigate and put a fire under him.
