I have a few friends who used to get their boats serviced at jerry's a couple years ago with no problem, but not anymore due to decline in customer service. Don't know exactly what the deal is but Jerry's doesn't have a favorable reputation anymore. Went by last week to see if they had any blackjacks on the lot. All I saw was a frontier and two nautic stars, one of which didn't have a motor.
