Nice pics and report. Where did y'all launch? I'll get my boat back w/a new lower unit when i get in from offshore. I'll probably be up there next week.

Tranquility bay on Lannan off of 1215......if you launch there be very careful running to the main lake in the north boat lane.....there is an area about the size of half a football field that is in the MIDDLE of the boat lane and its only about 1ft of water....usually a great carolina/crankbait spot.....now almost an island...go figure.

Just be careful man dont want you to replace that lower unit twice.

The spot you speak of, is that between the cove with the landing strip and the main lake? I traveled that area back in feb/march and it was like 3' or less.
