One of the neighborhoods I'm building in has had entire houses worth of brick , shingles stolen off the job, another got all the light fixtures and 20k worth of appliances!!

Sounds like there need to be a guard to take out the problem.....very quitely.

IMO....we don't need to have any mercy on a thief.
