X2 My mom held on for 7 days till her hospice nurse got back from vacation.
Make sure and tell your loved one that it's ok to pass over.

i left that part out but thats basically what she was waiting for.everybody has been here to see her. im the one who lives farthest away and this morning my sister sent me a text sayin that she was holdin on for me...so i left school and got things ready.i spent time with her and said what i had to say and i feel much better about it now. the kind of person that she is is not the kind to be bed ridden.just to give you an example of her how strong she is.healthy my grandma weighed 180. shes down to 70lbs and is gettin water through a syringe.my aunt tells her shes goin to clean the kitchen, my grandma tells her. "i'll help you" all i could do was smile
