Bass master classic is that day.

We can watch it from the tv's in the cabins when we get off the water....always something going on....need to set a date and roll with it.

I'll be in shreveport up there. Any other weekend I'm fine. No big deal if I don't make it

Awesome. I'm sure you'll have fun at that event! We'll figure something out that can work best for everyone.

may take a day of vac if yall would allow me to fish it sense i live on it .

Was at fin and feather this weekend.. Its for sale and they dont have cable or satellite... the bar isnt open

How'd ya'll do? Fished lowe's and indian mounds...wind was kikn' saturday..just fished the eve and finished up with 8 w/ a couple kentuckys in the mix. This morning was slow but started to pick up as it warmed...lost a pig in about 18" of water in lowes. She had to be between 7-8 lbs...when her mouth broke the water and she ran i was pumped then snap at my surgeons not where my braid meets my leader. Never using berkley mono flouro leader line again...too much stretch. P-Line leader line or bust! Only managed 11 this morning.

I think we can still manage a good tourney w/o cable and a bar. We can have a fish fry / gumbo get together after the tourney. I'll post some info up sometime tomorrow.

o...and on a good note...with this rain we got this past weekend..lake is up another 6".

Dat sucks you lost the big one....try seaguar premium floro leader material,20lb has the diameter of 15lb.

Ok. Been deer hunting and was gonna post this week.

Been kinda planning on doing this in april when Casey can make it.

Doing a 2 man tourney with a big bass pot. Say $50 a boat with an optional $5 big bass per person pot.

Can't be at any of the state/SRA sites because of insurance. I have fished many tourneys out of Big Bass and they have cabins, etc to rent and Cypress Bend is fairly close with a motel and other amenities.

Not trying to step on any toes here.

I realize with the warming trend it may be post spawn, but we always catch fish in April

Hell, I am game for one in Feb and one in April.
