I did have my truck broke into one year and my books stolen...wasn't fun to replace 700 in books.

All my buddies and myself bought iPads. Then just split the 40 bucks for online books. Came out ahead in one semester

I bought a USED book last semester for $200. When I went to sell it back, they offered me $5! I kept the damn thing for a fire starter!

so true pay a few extra bucks for the ipad but it will pay for its self in savings on books

that is some bs you sell it to them for 5 and they will sell it back to someone else for another 150-200 what a rip off

Just to make you sick.....FYI

I think the most I paid for a book while in college at USL [UL] was about $ 27. Most semester I spent about $ 75 on books buying mostly used books for less than 1/2 price.











































This was back from '65 to '70.
