I don't know of a name.
I make a loop and pass it thru the eye.
Make one hitch, then pass the end of the line thru the loop and pull tight.

When I get home I can show you. Very simple. Very good for mono. Never lost a hook or leader and never broke the knot.

I only use about 16inchs of leader....But the swivels I use are so small it dont matter but I dont reel them in....
