I just looked on the TX parks and wildlife website. You only need either a LA or TX fishing license to fish bodies of water that create a border (Toledo, Sabine) you just have to obey size and bag limits of whatever side your on.

I just did a CSI investigation on your pic, and I have come to the conclusion that those trout were not caught in Sabine. It's impossible. There are NO trout in Sabine. Period. Just gafftops and sheepshead.
