I will be fishing sat morn. White oak sounds great to me lol. Gotta get this trollin motor installed tomorrow. Hopefully work dont mess up my boating weekend.

Very good advice here... I burned up a motor on my old Kenner 3 miles south of the 210 bridge one time because I never did it...... At 9 o'clock at night :(

They kenner I recently bought had already been burnt up, overhauled, and oil injection removed before I got it. It was still on re-break in period when I got it.

Took the hydofoil fin off yesterday andb took it back out for a cruise. No idea why previous owner had it on there. Gets up almost instantly w/o it. And doesnt have a porpoiseing problem. I do need a jackplate for it. Motor is a little too low in the back. That will be on the list of things very soon. Thanks for the kind words guys!
