Lol. I've seen doas under corks put at least 3 fish over 6 in da boat. One of clamps big guns fall in that category.

The 7# on my wall was a DOA under a cork ! ;)

ChrisD 05-11-2013 05:24 PM

Sammy D has a 8# on the wall skrimp under a cork and old bud Walter has a 10# skrimp under a cork so I can't hate granted it was 8 years ago

Corks are for panfishing.

Idc what i catch a big girl on... If its a damn hot dog under a kite rig! Idc haha! Whatever makes it happen... Some ppl think its less "cool" if its not on topwater or a corky!

Samsung Galaxy S3 (Android dominating the world!)

I don't care what i catch a big fish on either but the fact is your chances are far greater with a corky, topwater, or any plug than they are fishing a artificial shrimp under a cork.

There is a reason ppl love to fish corkies.....

Clampy 05-11-2013 10:38 PM

I've caught several 6s on tops and corkys . Caught 4 over 7 three of them under popping corks. One with DOA one with a live shrimp. One on a chicken /chain bass assassin. The other was on a Stingray grub. Guess I'm a lucky pilgrim.

I have caught 3 sevens and five over six on Corkies catch 2000's and bone SS since febuary all wadeing..... Haven't broke 8 this year. Only 8's I have ever caught was on live mullet and butter fish on the tiger shoals and rigs out of cal pass.
