Bruce you know all them or Sand eel trout

LaAngler 10-30-2009 10:07 AM

I'm not saying sand eels won't catch big fish, i'm just saying they aren't the best bait to use to target big fish.

I do like to use eels

SULPHITE 10-30-2009 10:08 AM

LaAngler 10-30-2009 10:10 AM

I think that pic on the left has been altered...or is that your real proportions? Sure looks like that fish has been made wider!:*****:

I have heard about that "clip on cork" you keep in your right pants pocket.....:*****::*****::*****:...Them clip on corks are quick n easy to take-off just in case someone may see you!!!!! We all know you have a BIG reputation to up-hold. We would not want you to lose all of your SPONSORSHIPS if caught with the cork!!!

Montauk17 10-30-2009 02:12 PM

lol....those clip on corks are quick to go from tightline to cork, but they slide on the line too much when you pop it. For that reason I have a spinning rod setup with a rattle cork at all times.

all star rod 10-30-2009 02:29 PM

I agree. Since I have no sponsors or reputation to up-hold when I use a cork I use the Ole Bayside brand ones. BTW, they are not the clip on type. Anyway, I thought the clip on type corks were for perch fishing!!!:grinpimp:
