I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. Last year after comparing prices, I decided to try H & R Block.... and save some money.

After down loading program and filling out all information, I had problem with the program not working for my "tax" situation. Then the dreaded phone call for help.

To shorting the story.... I needed a different version [cheaper] program so they emailed me the download.

After several more phone calls [30 min to 1.5 hours each] I finally got program downloaded and completed.

I will be using Turbo Tax this year.

The least she could do is send me a thank you card!
