I need to find me someone to make a Tohatsu motor go fast

I have a 1648 Alweld with a Tohatsu 40hp 4 stroke with the Yamaha 16 pitch Black Stainless Steel Prop loaded (3) three batteries, trolling motor, ice chest fishing gear and (2) two big men 250lb running 39mph at best. Looking to get a new hull this year undecided on witch hull as of now. Impressed with the new motor and they have made some really good changes to the motor. Water pump is awesome compared the older Tohatsu motors and sips gas.

Not at all very impressed I was running 40mph on the same hull with a Tohatsu Mega with a lot of work done on the motor. Hole shot isn't as good I put a power tech 13.5 pitch on it but was hitting rev limiter at 35 mph. With the 13.5 it would jump on top in 2 boat lengths. I think the 15 pitch Yamaha stainless steel black would be better on hole shot but I have the 16 and will stick with it until I get the new hull.

I can tell that the new 50hp four stroke is stronger faster and smoother than the tldi

I have run both
