last time I checked a dead man can't claim that I was the aggressor:smokin: in all serious though how would this be handled by police though, they pull up dead man on the ground and me holding my gun saying he pulled a weapon on me and I defended myself? Correct me if I'm wrong but I would get arrested then have court and all of that good stuff correct? Boy im glad I let the cops handle my dirty work a while back this crapt confuses the hell out of me with the what I can and can't dos.

Even if you are cleared of any criminal wrong-doing, you better have a good attorney and deep pockets because 90% of the time, there is a civil suit sure to follow.

Their was a civil suit on the LCPD last time checked but really nothing that they could sue me with really, i didnt shoot the brotha

I was told by few cops that if it gets to the point of you pulling a gun to defend then first be prepared to use it, second shoot until the threat is gone if you shoot and last when the cops get there have your gun put where they can see it out of your hand and be prepared you are going to jail.

Before your family or yourself is mortally wounded by an aggressor, squeeze the trigger to render the aggressor and work through the legal stuff. The legal stuff is normal process that you and your attorney will have to step through.

A cop down the road told me if you ever have to use lethal force in self defense 1. Be sure to shoot until your gun starts clicking and your clip is empty tomake sure the authorities know that the aggressor struck the fear of God in you and your feared for you or your families lives 2. Be prepared to spend some time in the slammer until things get sorted out...
