If you're leaving ya'll yard, take a right at the 1st T (Bob Acres Rd) headed east then take a right at the next T (Longside Rd) headed south, cross over the tracks, keep going straight and make the right hand curve. My house was/is the first one on the right after the curve and my parents live in the new house up on the hill right after it.

Ha! I figured that was the street you lived on! When I 1st seen Longside 1st thing I thought of......Longsidelandry.....Damn I'm good:grinpimp:

This storm will not make hurricane status. Besides, you westerners will be on the 'weak' side.

I looked at the experts probabilities. If it makes landfall in Terrebone Parish...it doesn't take a "*" to figure out that SWLA will get nothing but a northerly breeze.

If your west of landfall...it really doesn't matter whether or not it intensifies. I remember when Georges made landfall in '98 just west of Biloxi. We had sunny skies and light winds here all day long with a major hurricane less than 100 miles to the east.
