Man I hunted Llano county for 18yrs lost the lease about 6yrs ago.
I found this place this week figured I couldn't pass it up for 500 bones. 200 acres me my paw in law and a friend. They took a great 10 pt last year but all I want is meat!!! I have my trophy on the wall...
I just wanna know if I made a decent investment???

That is a good price for that area. The bad part is the drought this year. It will affect the herd for the next two years min. Cant go wrong for a meat hunt place.
