Had some fresh green onion sausage and fresh garlic sausage with some fresh field peas over rice............. One of my favorite meals.

Trial run tonight.......Crawfish cornbread stuffed Jalapenos and wrapped with bacon. mmmmm. Only cooked a couple in the oven and didn't take a picture. Will try out tomorrow at a friends house. Also cooking chicken wraps stuffed with crawfish cornbread. Have not tested this out but should be good. Will post pictures tomorrow.
