I am thinking about doing that with a valve and a Tee that way I won't smell the gas fumes when I take off.

Rig Majician - How did you bypass the canister? Did you just remove the hose coming from tank through the floor in console going into the canister? Do you re-attach after filling?

In case anyone curious. I blew out the vent line after and before canister. Boat filled tank 100% full with pump wide open and never stopped until the fill hose was almost full......boat was level on trailer

Did you blow the before one back into the tank? How big is the hose that goes to your canister?
