Glad to hear its healing up Shawn. My cousin just bought a silver lab, so it looks like we'll have a dog next year instead of me getting the birds. Hopefully it means less birds lost next year...I hate losing birds.

A dog will definitely cut back on lost birds, in our first 4 hunts we killed 66 birds and the dog found 66, next 5 hunts killed 88 birds found 64 w/out the dog.

Dogs sure are a life saver, but hey i wasn't too bad of a dog on them 2 grey ducks in the salt grass.
