Are you still talkin' about "multiple trout in one day over 4 lbs"? That is not really a big accomplishment...especially on water deemed a "trophy lake" like Lake Calcasieu. I guess it would depend on how much "over 4 lbs" you're referring to.

I think it's time to give it up. "w" this may be fuel to your fire but I am friends with a few guides and they all say the same thing trout fishing is hard right now but day in and day out you prove everyone wrong, a little egotistical but I would be the same way if I did work like you do. They wanna bash but where is their pics. I dont know this dude but I wish he taught me how to fish the lake rather than me learning it myself with a little help from friends. They mad cuz they were probly on the water same day same time and scratched but they won't say it. I give you well deserved props. He has helped me in the past and he does it for ppl all the time and hopefully if I need it in the future he would do the same as he has done in the past.

Me and Waltrip have slung multiples 4-6 at the beach, and with reed on east bank at the weirs. Thats a fact.

Everyone on this thread that has bashed another member is subject to being banned. This is the open/general area, freaking drop it or don't come back. If you want to fight, go down to the gill net and have at it.

W can be a jerk and I do not mind saying that. He hijacks threads far more than he should and sometimes wastes bandwidth with pictures and other information that has no value to the site. If you see him bashing someone on a fishing report, look in the upper right hand corner of the post and click the report post button. The post will be reported to the mods and we will then consider an infraction or a ban. He no doubt brings some of the things you guys had to say about him on himself. Just do not say it in a non premium area.

That being said W fishes more than most and is a great fishermen. He was kind enough to post a report yesterday one of only two that we had the entire day. I am not going to have you guys are anyone question reports and cause other members not to post reports. For example do not question the length of fish, number of fish, or size of fish. Also do not make fun of someone that might have used lived bait.

This is supposed to be an "internet family". I am very disappointed in the entire situation.

I tooo think like Pox. Here I am in 7,000' of DEEP BLUE. Fishings NOT ALLOWED off our vessels.

Been out 16 days now. So I TOO enjoy a few good reports. May be in by Late Saturday before the front get here. We can't get into Fourchon if the winds blowing like S--T because of the huge helideck on the front og this vessel. I've had enough of 20' seas from lat weekend to last me for a while. Seas, One. Zofran ! Zero.

If anybody needs a fishing partner in the next couple of weeks, during the week days let me know.

If anyone is going up to the Bend to chase Sac's. Please let know. I' love to follow also.

to tell you the thruth i do not post any reports because of **** like this. i fish to feed my family. if it is legal it stays in my boat. i don't have the time to fish like "the Great W" , But with that being said if you give anyone the time on the water that W spends we can all catch big fish. i have caught my fair share out of big lake and out grand isle no 7 pounders but good solid fish. i would post pics but somepeople get their rocks by bashing people so I'll keep my post and pics to myself.

I moved back to Louisiana, no more east coast at the moment. I was lucky enough to start working for my parents and only work 3-4 days a week. Maybe if you need a job i can put in a good word for ya...
