everyone has to fish a lake for the first time even locals and the guides. so everyone is a so called idiot at some point then. So dont bash the weekend and out of town fisherman for using gps and local maps. noone wants to steal your favorite honeyhole or cut you off on the lake. But the lake is public so deal with it, and give the newcomers a break.

well said Mako.......internet has been a terrible tool of the fisherman. Most just want to get on and brag on how well they did. Then they get mad at all the people in their spot. Funny standards!!!

I read in the January Issue that this is gonna be a 12 part series. called the "saltwater series" they did the Lake Amadee area in the January isue. Big lake area in the February issue. and so it goes on.

I just wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I had all those spots in my GPS already. He did give up some info but most locals already knew or should have known most of it. He mentioned 2 sets of weirs! LOL
