i skipped thanksgiving dinner, thats where i normally pack on the LBS... i went hunting with CAPT D and FOOL instead, only ate a ham sammich (0 mayo and heavy mustard, garlic powder and lotsa tony's) on Honey Wheat bread.....

i am going to admit that i have taken a small detour. the holidays have taken their tole on my commitment. i am planning on picking it back up after the first of the year. i can't speak for everyone else.

Im with you on that one bro,we have some family coming in from honduras so we will have all kind of good food I cant pass up.
