He did tell me it was around 9lbs and 31 inches, I didn't ask anything further. Like I said, I will get an exact weight in the morning. I was happy for him, great guy.

Right now my mind is on ducks, I haven't fished since the start of the 2nd split and do not plan to until after the split is closed.

By the way, I am overlooking all of the violations on this thread since I posted it and the guy that the thread is about is very cool. If all of this second guessing the weight, location and other garbage were going on in a thread by one of our members I would have killed this thread a long time ago.

Napoleon Complex
A popular term for the inferiority complex that short men (under 5’9') in society are commonly assumed to possess, which causes them—at least per theory—to overcompensate by trying harder than men of average height (5’10') in life’s activities

Long Point was a guess but I excluded it out because wrong wind fri at 4pm.... Water would not of been that clear and the waves and ripple has him on a east bank not west...

Isn't that kind of deep water for Joe's? He is 6 feet tall so waist high would be really high water for Joe's this time of year. West Cove is possible but is the water deep enough for it? I can tell you for certain that he fished Turner's at some point on Friday near Deatonville.
