And Rad has one of the best jobs in the world. I am a little jealous also. Need to educate before you hate.

Ceo of CCA in 2012 made 224,000 with 12,000,000 in revenue and DU paid it's Ceo 409,000 with 185,000,000 in revenue. He made a little less than double of CCA I think managing a Foundation that bring in 176,000,000 more might deserve a little more money. Both seem over paid to me. Might want to educate yourself.

Judging by the intelligence you have displayed in your post, I think your probably overpaid even if you make minimum wage.

Your total will be 3.01.
I hand the cashier a 5 dollar bill and a penny.
Sit back and observe the look on their face as if I just told them jet fuel can't melt steal beams.

What do the CEOs salaries have to do with this conversation? I don't see the relevance to the fact that your comment on paid employees was wrong.

You think CEOs managing that much money across that many states are overpaid:rotfl: You think you could do that?

CCA

First off, I can only speak for Texas. I have been a board member in the Beaumont Golden Triangle chapter for seven years. Once banquet chairman then a chapter president. So, I got to really understand what was going on in the organization. Our annual banquet is tomorrow night. As always there will be two employees from CCA there. Not 20 as stated above. They will be working their butts off. In my opinion they are way underpaid for what they do. Money generated in a state is spent in that state. The Texas coastline has benefitted tremendously from CCA. I would suggest requesting funds from CCA Lousiana for projects already in place like rocking the ship channel. In Texas a state board of volunteers vote on these proposals.

I now live full time in Hackberry and fish Calcasieu. I am amazed by what I have personally witnessed at long point alone. Or what used to be long point. Don't set your power pole or remain anchored when a ship is passing or you will be washed away along with the shoreline! I understand the economics of the shipchannel and I support capitalism but this level of erosion is daily not annually. And, it doesn't require any team of overpaid engineers to figure out what is causing it. I urge members to attend state meeting and push for participation in funding this project for BigLake. Maybe they already are working on it. If so, thank you.
