I agree, you would need an all day bite to come close to 300 and if you have fished the lake u know that never happens. The lake p fishery might be the worst place in the state as far as #, live bait would give you a remote chance to do that. |
If you cant catch 300 trout in one day in LAKE P...that is pathetic and I dont ever want to here someone on here say LAKE is one of the best trout spots......300 Trout is not a lot when you have 3 to 4 in the boat and get on a steady bite....

Im saying...I know you can go out there and catch 300 trout in one day....maybe not everyday but I have seen dumbass with a box full of trout over 100 in half a day....So I know you can catch 300 if you get on a good bite with good fisherman... |

I will say it is just about impossible. Fish it to much, know too many that fish it. NO reports are close to 300.EVER. Can't stay on a bite long enough to catch 300. Live bait can't get you 300 bc you will spend too much time with trash fish. |

Lets do this: you pick whatever day you want, whatever 4 fisherman you want. Every trout your boat catches over 175 I will give you $5, every trout under 175 you owe me $5. I.e. You catch 300 trout i owe you $875. You catch 75 you owe me $500. I will come and just sit with a clicker and drink beer. Deal? |
