238 Slow week.

yak'em-n-stack'em 02-20-2011 10:17 AM

Don't have a scale at my parents. But I can tell I've lost at least 5 pounds since thurs. Gonna try and find a scale

Mediumheavyaction6'6 02-20-2011 08:50 PM

You really should weigh on the same scale Austin. Not really too accurate if you use a different one.

Mediumheavyaction6'6 02-22-2011 07:39 AM

Just wanted to let everyone know that I weighed this morning and I am down to 241.2. That is 27 pounds down for this competition and 30 pounds down overall. I am pretty pumped with the achievement. I hope maybe I can inspire someone else to start this journey. It is not nearly as hard as you are making it seem in your head. I still eat good everyday and haven't done much different other than exercise. Portion control becomes easy once you get past that first week or so. Exercise becomes as addictive as food used to be, with a much better result!

yak'em-n-stack'em 02-22-2011 10:01 AM

Congrats Lucas

Mediumheavyaction6'6 02-28-2011 07:32 AM

Weighed in this morning at 240.2 so 28 pounds down for this and 31 down overall.

Opinions_Vary 02-28-2011 08:47 AM

235.6 as of yesterday.

Mediumheavyaction6'6 02-28-2011 04:33 PM

Well, I guess this is the end of the competition? It looks like Opinions Vary and I are neck and neck or should I say double chin and double chin?

longsidelandry 02-28-2011 05:01 PM

I'll have to weigh myself, I think I'm still holding at around 234-235. Now that we're somewhat settled in with the new house and the baby, it's time to start running and excercising so I should hopefully start dropping some lbs.
