It has numerous film mode settings, if it is set to film 1080 wide then it will make things look farther. This setting is factory default I believe, probably should have filmed in Medium or Narrow...

I have a hunt scheduled for Friday morning, I will upload some rough footage then an edited movie to some music... Hopefully we get some birds, not liking the blue bird skies they are forecasting!

Lol I figured since we were just pass shooting we could just stand on the levee and wait for em.

At first glance, I thought this may have been the transcript from the Jeff Foiles poaching case since it was a "Crime Scene" but it turns out none of the geese were banded.
Lmao!!

No words to describe the idiotness...

1080 isn't factory setting. You have to put it there. Well mine I did. Have you watched it on tv or CPU. Tv shows alot that CPU doesn't I think. It's way better quality once it on tv. At least to me it is. Mine was skipping while playing in the editing software because of 1080 but a friend told me because cpu responce time to 1080 is too slow i guess i dont remember. anyway he said put it on tv and once I did that it was sweet. Makes want to edit now. I think I will got alot to edit.

While we are high jacking my beloved thread I would like to show you the A few mounts I'm about to get back. I posted the hen in the thread "huge hen" she was the biggest I'd ever seen and the Gw drake I was solo huntin and he came in with 3 hens and I got all 4 so he had to go up there. He has a great story behind him. Attachment 45133Attachment 45134

Top Dawg 01-16-2013 06:02 PM

Are u mounting those yourself?

bgizzle 01-16-2013 06:57 PM

No Trevin n sons taxidermy in new Iberia 50$ final pose. These two will be finished two weeks after delivery

specktator 01-16-2013 08:06 PM

Lol how did I miss this! That video doesn't sound too bad if maybe you have 1000 decoys out. Now that crap you were doing the other day if I was in the blind with you I would make you put your calls up! Or I would get out the blind and walk back to the truck.

But from the looks of all your hunting pics, you seem like you are quite the pro-staffer. Kind of reminding me of a hunting version of "Iron Man".

Micah 01-16-2013 08:39 PM

That's not what those mounts are actually going to look like huh?

bgizzle 01-16-2013 10:31 PM

Oh don't worry I got go pro video of that bouncing hen turning em in and pulling em in on a string. It worx believe it or not. If I ever edit the vids ill post em ill try n do those first. You missed it because you were walking back to the truck. And while u were out I killed ur limit 2.

bgizzle 01-16-2013 10:33 PM

No. Final poses aren't done and they are bout to be out to dry. I have the drake for the hen already I wanted her dead mount under him folded up but you wouldn't be able to see the color so I did it that way. And the Gw will be tweaked before final pose.
