Bl 5/8 & 9
 

Me, Bayouchief and a friend hit the lake yesterday morning looking for birds and fish. Lots of birds on the north end of the lake with a lot of boats. Drifted a reef and managed to pick up this 6.5 lb trout. Tagged and released. Worked our way south and found more birds and boats. Bayouchief wanted a big red, he had never caught one. Had to run up to some with the big motor, but we hooked up on 2, His was about 31". Ended the day with 16 trout and 4 reds and a wet butt because of the thunder storms.

This morning was me and Rick again. Went north to find birds and boats. Ended up with 24 trout and 3 reds this morning.

Must have caught well over a 100 fish between the 2 days. TONS of little fish out there.
