Tynenol sinus works for me

i go outside a rub grass, and pollen directly into my eye balls then go inside and pack my nose with dust and cat hair ......... you should try it :p

Have you ever tried the sinus wash? You can buy the bottle and salt solution packets at a drug store, non prescription. You use a cup of warm water and one of the salt packets dissolved in the water. Fill the bottle and squeeze into your nose. It flushes out a lot of the irritants and build up. It sounds a lot worse than it is.

Claritin and Zyrtec work, any of the allergy pills, but you have to take them EVERY day or it ain't gonna help you...

Nothing....I eventually get over it...but when i do get allergies...its bad...Just suck it up and go..

The more meds you pop, the weaker your immune system gets and your sinuses will get bad more frequently. The wife gets pissed cuz I'm never sick and I told her that's because I don't eat beadryl like m&m's. Let your body work it out itself.

I used to take Ambien also to help me sleep. Apparently, Xanax and Ambien combined are not good. My wife found me at 3am one morning chopping down the stop sign in front the house with a baseball bat................................ Called the Dr the next day, Doc said "Well, sometimes Xanax and Ambien don't play well together." ***?

My wife was freaked out when she read the side effects of Ambien. People take that ****, go to sleep, and wake up the next day with no memory of killing the neighbors with an axe the night before!!!
