Guys, yall shoot some prayers this way.....

My wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant and they are going to induce labor at 4 in the morning.

They are saying the baby is a little smaller than she should be but they are also saying there is nothing to worry about.

I'll be praying everything goes well.....I'd appreciate if yall did the same.

Brings back a lot of memories for me my friend. I am attaching a picture of my oldest son from this past Saturday. He will be 16yrs/o in August, and I was right where you are in your life right now at that time.

All you can do is know that it is in God's hands, and never lose the faith. I can't tell you how nerve racking it was for me. I was working as a paramedic at the time and we ended up having to fly my own wife and unborn child to a specialty hospital since she went into labor at 6 months. By the grace of God, my little miracle is all grown up and a great kid.

I hope this gives you some hope and we will be saying an extra prayer tonight at the Foti household. Please keep your friends here at the ole' Saltycajun updated on progress!

Thanks guys, she actually weighs 5.14 which to me is not too small.....just smaller than normal.

When my wife gave birth to our son his head was stuck and he was losing oxygen. It was a helpless feeeling. The OB said we have to have an emergency c-section. I kid you not, 20 minutes later I was looking at my son for the first time, he was a 12 pounder. OB's charge a lot because they are really good at what they do. Your child will be just fine,good luck. Prayers sent.

prayers sent buddy.my grandson was born 3 months early and look at him now.nothing to worry about.he weighed 2.9 lbs when he was born.

I had twins that were born a month early. My son was 5#s and my baby girl was 4.2#s. Baby will be fine with all the advance technology they have now. My kids are perfectly healthy and are now 3 yrs old. They very smart and LOVE to crab! They only stayed in ICU for a week- everything will be fine;)

Been in the premi thing twice and just took the older one on his first fishing trip today! Everything will be fine my friend. Trust in God and your wife and that baby will come to you healthy.

Webspent ten days in the NIC Unit with that older one and I thought I was gonna be the only one that didn't survive! He's doing great now and so will yours!

She is healthy and has been through the whole pregnancy, she will just be a smaller baby. The wife is doing great. When she pops out tomorrow I'll let yall know........thanks again guys.

Prayers sent. If it means anything premature girls do better that the boys. My grandson was 5 weeks premature. He had some breathing problems. They say they call it the poor white boy effect. White males have more problems than blacks or females. She will be OK God is watching. Let us know what you think. I am praying for you whole family. Birth is a wonderful thing.
