pretty sure i saw the boat there also, would have come by and said hello if it weren't for the armada of boats in area.

lavocat 08-01-2010 04:37 PM

Yes I was at the washout early along with evry other boat it seemed. Not hard to figure that the word was out that they have been catching fish there. Was not much caught there yesterday. Hey boatdriver, I gave into the pressure from my fishing partner who wanted me to get between you and that other boat. I did not , but did inch up and to my right just a bit. It did not matter, not much happening.

We were also out there saturday and noticed your boat, you passed right by us , i wanted to say hi but i was not sure if that was you or not, we caught 7 trout and 2 reds but there was a 16 ft aluminium boat with small motor an they were catching trout after trout, i think they was using live shrimp, there was also 3 women on another boat fishing the area by there self no men on the boat, i never seen that before.

That is not that uncommon in the past couple of years. I have seen several boats with just women this summer during the week. I think they might be taken the husbands boat while he is at work.

meathauler 08-01-2010 08:35 PM

They have NO husbands! They r all into just women!I have seen several of them this year and last year! Don't let them take over the lake! They go behind the weirs and do only god knows what! They drive Triton 17 Ft center console boats! The driver goes through the weir better than most men!
