Thanks. Damn doc calls me up at 3 and tells me they moved my surgery from 7am to 10am. Now I have to stress for an extra 3 hours. Just as long as it is a sucess I don't care. I am soooooo tired of being in pain and popping pills. Thanks again and hope you find a doc to help tou out as well.

I don't want that day to come when I half to have mine I just have found my limits and I'm not the man I use to be but y'all learn from my mistake 35foot fall from tree stand and just think the free safty harness I left at home would have changed my life

It was a blast. Just got home around 1pm. HOLY ##:_)- SON OF A B:3;-- that hurt. I thought I was going to die there for a while. Still in pain but my back already feels better. Just sore from the surgery. My doc only checked on me one time and that was the night of. A hole didn't even see me off today and I had to tell them I was walking out. Our Lady of the Lake is a great hospital just don't ever go see dr Kevin McCarthy. I am going to rip him a new arse when I have to go to my post op. Customer service is crap these days no matter what the profession.

CatDaddy 08-07-2010 10:28 PM

Good luck.. Hope you feel better buddy!

Don't know about lumbar surgery, but cervical is not that bad. There are good drugs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be a psy salty. The problem is my tard doc gave me the same pills that I have been taking for the last two months and I have a tolerance to them. Tard wouldn't give me anything stronger than vicodin.

Pre surgery was like a fender bender compared to surgery which is like getting t boned by a Mack truck. Still need to get past the truck accident with reasonable comfort. Point is not to be in pain a few weeks after surgery thus not needing to pop pills anymore. Your still a pusy!!!

Salty 08-08-2010 10:01 PM

This ain't like gettin married.....if you don't like it you can't have the surgery anulled. I just wanna make sure I'm making the right decision. I'm still weighing my options.

Is it October YET? 08-08-2010 10:07 PM

The pain I had last week is gone. Only pain I have is the trauma from surgery. So just be sure to have a surgery with a good success rate by asking people who have had it before. Your doc should give you names or ask people in the waiting room.

Salty 08-08-2010 10:11 PM

I'm havin' pain just thinkin about it.
