PM Micah or Josh....They have some left over from the fishing show....they can hook you up...

Its just like a corky but you can work it more like a Catch 2000 and it has a built in rattle... Sweet little bait.....All the trout we caught inhaled it

longcast 03-07-2011 08:34 PM

I glad you guys had a good trip. Me and Meaux gonna try and find a few in the am.

That is the least they could do...."free hat".....since you have 9 rods at an average of $250 - $300 a pop!:p

Xpress21 03-07-2011 09:53 PM

you attempt to throw a castnet, get it caught in your trolling motor, run back into town and buy some live bait and some corks, catch the fish on the live bait, insert catch 2000 into fish's mouth, take picture of fish with said bait, post on internet, and bam!:*****:

I like them better than a fatboy and the trout seem to also... Matt was throwing a FB and I was having the better bite on the Crazy Croaker.... Smaller and to me works the way I like to work a bait...sinks faster so I work it like a catch or even a sand eel...

mikedatiger 03-08-2011 10:49 AM

Guys - I have a few left but the guys from Tidal Surge are coming by later this week to pick them up. If you want em you can email me at micah@geaux-outdoors.com or I would suggest you try LCT or Tackle Box, or the tidal surge website. They made a color exclusively for the show (pumpkinseed/chartreuse) and there are only a few left. The guys that make em are guides out of the Galveston Bay complex and they swear by the pumkinseed color. The price is the same regardless of where you get them, but I do have stock in hand.

No support the small businessman.

The Crazy Croakers are 100% hand made right here in the USA, and they flat out catch fish. One of the owners is a transplanted Cajun with family in LA.

So support your fellow Cajuns and small business men.
